Shahad Center

Located in AL Mourouj area, shahad Center is a commercial project for retail and offices with a total built up area of 14,000 m2 and was built 18 years ago.

The new strategy was to renovate all public areas including facade design and full refurbishment for the second floor office space.

old facade cladding was replaced with the natural local yellow stone with some engraving detail to give the salmani modern style to the facade.

Interior Design is a contemporary luxury style with natural oak wooden cladding and big slab porcelain marble effect for the flooring.
